A calm but determined Shri Bal Mukand Gupta started his journey into business by first gaining experience with working at a business house at Kashmere Gate. In 1974, he forayed into business himself by establishing Gupta Motor Company.Shri Bal Mukand Gupta, Chairman, Gupta Group is one such business doyens who spread his wings tirelessly to make his business grow by displaying unique calmness, enterprise and leadership qualities. He has developed Gupta Motor Company into a conglomerate of Companies with diverse business verticals. With almost five decades of hardcore business experience, the success legacy of Shri Bal Mukand Gupta has made Gupta Group grow leaps and bounds being one of the largest Manufacturing and Distribution House of Auto Components on pan India basis. Deepak Gupta (Managing Director)

In 1989 Mr. Deepak at a very young age joined family business as a beginner and learned all the nuances by experiencing it first-hand. He travelled hard to all parts of India, made sales calls, visited mechanics and reborers to understand all facets of the automobile component trade.Being an engineer, he introduced automation to the way business was done in the by lanes of Kashmere Gate. His firm belief in automation & systems approach made him expand his family run business to new heights. Gupta Motor Company has grown into Gupta Group comprising many companiesUnder his stewardship, the group has grown into a leading distribution house of top OEM/OES product lines and manufacturing range of critical auto components. Despite his busy schedule, he has never forgotten to contribute back to the society. He is an active member and known face in Agarwal Samaj.His new venture to manufacture Battery Operated 2-3 Wheeler vehicles under brand name of "Palatino" is an initiative to contribute towards social cause. His vision to use green technology to provide last mile connectivity solution is a step in this direction.He epitomises and preaches quality. Mr. Roopak joined family business at a fairly young age under mentorship of his elder brother. He as a beginner learned all aspects of automobile component trade by experiencing it first-hand. He has handled and successfully managed retail & wholesale business of the group.A happy go lucky by nature, Roopak brings liveliness to the retail environment where customer handling is paramount. His inter-personal relationship skills have helped the group multiply its customer base and grow retail & wholesale business many folds.

Prithu Gupta (Director)

Mr. Prithu Gupta decided to join the family business at the age of 18 under the guidance of his elders, while also pursuing his education in the field of business management. He wishes to incorporate his management studies in the business and learn from practical experience side by side. He will learn all the aspects of the business from the grassroot level and will swiftly move up the management ladder. He is a compassionate person determined to bring the business to new heights.
